What do we do?

In one line, we help people create asset based incomes without a high investment, prior experience or high risk of quitting their full time profession. Can you do it? We cannot say without taking you through a time tested process that evaluates your learning capability, prior skill set and aptitude.

The way we do it is very simple but extremely powerful when duplicated - we create consumer networks and connect them to a manufacturer, bypassing the current distribution networks which reward only those people who have access to a lot of capital and risk taking capacity. Our goal is to empower the common consumer with myriad professional backgrounds - a doctor, a lawyer, a civil engineer, an IT professional, an accountant, a student, a homemaker - and help them become profit sharing business owners.

Everybody wants to become an entrepreneur today - sadly most of us are stuck either for want of money, viable ideas or risk taking capability because starting a venture more often than not requires quitting an existing job/profession and going full throttle. We have been hugely successful in mitigating all these problems either through the use of common technology or long standing systems that we have created over the years. That has enabled us to make owning a business like plug and play. We are all using technology around us - chat apps, video calling apps, e-commerce, online audio/video streaming apps but only for entertainment and fun. If we can just start leveraging these same tools to start building a venture, we can with little to no investment build an empire for ourselves.

How do we do it?

What Uber has done to the world of taxis by enabling anybody with a car to profit from the public transport opportunity, or what Airbnb has done to the world of hotels by enabling anybody with a spare room/house to profit from the paid accommodation opportunity, we are able to do to the world of retail and distribution. Bring the opportunity and the money in the hands of the common man who has the dream but not the resources.

The biggest problem is that most people like us are trained in their professions for the job world. The difference between entrepreneurship and mainstream occupations is something very fundamental - how they treat failure. The“established world” and “entrepreneur world” are fundamentally different and require entirely different skills. Startups/businesses/ventures require deep experience with failure. Exceedingly few 1st time entrepreneurs succeed (actually the occurrence is below what would be expected statistically). The “established” business world values success and stability — traits that are contradictory to the career path of people who are trying to do something offbeat and different.

And so, 90% of the initial time has to be spent in changing the worldview of prospective partners - getting them to learn the essential entrepreneurial skills of networking, sales, leadership, team building, emotional intelligence, public speech, financial discipline, investment mindset and delayed gratification. And only then can we spend the rest 10% of the time on predicting profits and charting a growth plan.

Who are we looking for?

What are the chances that you will be a good fit for our venture? Though we try our best to predict, we have found ourselves proven wrong time and again over the last 17 years. If you are

  • a young educated professional with a stable job, single or married
  • can take out 15-20 hours a week to learn and practise the basics of the business world
  • a decision maker who doesn't mind going against the world to do something that they set their eyes on
  • a big dreamer not willing to compromise in life and start downsizing their dreams
  • someone who is open and willing to be mentored into a newer way of thinking and doing things

you might be a possible candidate who we are looking for. Though we can't promise that you will be able to make it in a new business, we believe in putting our best foot forward. We currently mentor and work with all kinds of people from all kinds of backgrounds from around the country and around the world.

Selection Process

There is always products and services involved in a business which moves the money. But it's never the products or services that move the business. It is always the leadership of the people involved which moves the business and the products and services. And thus, our focus is less on products and services and more on building the leader who can then, in turn adapt to the situations and create whatever processes/solutions/ideas that are needed to make the venture run.

The process of mentoring somebody to become a successful leader is so excruciatingly slow and personalised that very little is possible that can fit in templates or standard processes. Each of us is different and comes with our own unique background, mindset, habits, work ethic and ability to learn and change. Though each person is completely different from the others, it might take us 1-3 weeks to go through the process, depending on available bandwidth and other engagements. But whichever way the discussion goes, the interaction is always enriching and helps build new bonds for the future. What are the chances of you getting through? In past experience, around 5% of the people we talk to end up getting into our mentorship program for business ownership.

Since our model requires hardly any financial investment or commitment as compared to any other business venture, we are all the more careful who we choose to work with. In models where substantial investments are required, the money on the line itself ensures seriousness and commitment which is not the case here. We expect you to be patient and committed through the process.
